I’ve been a powerlifter for years, and while I love the intensity and discipline of the sport, one thing has always held me back: shoulder pain and muscle stiffness.
Over time, the wear and tear of heavy lifting had left me with tight shoulders, a stiff back, and restricted range of motion, especially during overhead lifts and squats.
I tried various mobility exercises and stretching routines, but none of them provided lasting relief. I needed something that would help me not only loosen up but also protect my body from further injury without compromising my training.
I went to my local physical therapist and he recommended the Aquaswing. At first, I wasn’t sure how much impact it could have on a strength athlete like me, but I decided to give it a shot. After just a few sessions, I was hooked. The Aquaswing allowed me to move in a way that felt almost therapeutic, hitting areas traditional lifting doesn’t address.
I started with just a few minutes before and after my workouts, but the effects were almost immediate. My shoulder pain reduced, and my back and hips felt looser, more flexible, and ready for anything.
Within weeks, I noticed I could lift with better form and greater control. Where I used to feel stiff and hesitant under heavy weights, I now felt strong and balanced. My range of motion improved, allowing me to handle lifts with more stability and less discomfort. I never expected the Aquaswing to make such a big difference, but it’s now a staple in my training. It helps me recover faster, but it has also transformed the way I approach my lifts. Thanks to the Aquaswing, I’m pushing my limits without feeling like I’m pushing my body to the breaking point.
