  • Which size Aquaswing is good for me?
    The size of your Aquaswing is determined by how tall you are, measured in cm's. Upon purchasing an Aquaswing you select your body height. After which we will personalize your Aquaswing to your height.
  • I have pain can I use the Aquaswing?
    Yes. You can use the Aquaswing if you have pain of physical discomfort. The Aquaswing is designed to be easy on the muscles and joints and promotes relaxation while improving mobility and blood flow to pain affected areas. Many of our clients find relief from conditions like repetitive strain injuries, shoulder pain, and tight muscles. However, if you have severe pain, an existing injury, or a medical condition, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or rehabilitation routine. They can help ensure the Aquaswing is used safely and effectively for your specific needs.
  • Is the Aquaswing a form of strength or resistance training?
    The Aquaswing is derived from, but not a traditional form of strength or resistance training. Instead, the Aquaswing offers a unique approach to movement and rehabilitation by focusing on circular, adaptive-weighted motions designed to restore and enhance the body’s natural movement patterns.
  • Is the Aquaswing portable?
    An empty Aquaswing fits in your pocket. Making it the ultimate portable solution. Decide how heavy you make your Aquaswing by adjusting how much water you use.
  • Should I keep replacing the water in my Aquaswing?
    We advise to empty your Aquaswing after every session and store your Aquaswing in the provided carrying bag.
  • How long is a session of the Aquaswing?
    You can use your Aquaswing as long as feels right for you. Our programs are all under 10 minutes and highly effective. You can follow one, or multiple programs in one session.
  • How long should I do one particular movement?
    As long as feels right for you, unless other specified in the program you are following.
  • How can I watch the program video's?
    Our video's are viewable on computer, mobile and tablet. You can access our programs through the member area, all programs section or through one of the menu's by clicking on your profile or the hamburger menu icon.
  • What is Aquaswing Access?
    Aquaswing Access is a subscription based online physical therapy. You can select a monthly, yearly or prepaid plan. We are continuously developing and improving our online physical therapy and trying to make healthcare accessible to everybody. Worldwide.
  • When do the Mobility Routines video's update?
    We upload and change the routines every weekend. This is a manual process, so the exact time of change varies.
  • I am unable to redeem my voucher.
    No credit card? No problem. Please contact us at info@aquaswing.com and we will activate Aquaswing Access within 24 hours.
  • Do I need the Aquaswing to follow the online programs?
    No, you don't need an Aquaswing to follow every program. You can follow our mobility routines without an Aquaswing. All you need is your body, a few minutes and (optional) a mat for comfort. But to experience the full effectiveness and innovation of our method, the Aquaswing is recommended.
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
    Yes, you can cancel your Aquaswing Access subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, and you will retain access to all content until the end of your current billing period. Simply follow the instructions in your account settings to cancel, and you will not be charged for the following month.   • I bought the replacement service and my Aquaswing has a leak, what now?
    Please contact us or send a mail to info@aquaswing.com to arrange a replacement.
  • What is your return policy?
    If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: Eligibility for Returns: Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items. Final sale or clearance items. How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@aquaswing.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and instructions for sending the item(s) back. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
