The size of your Aquaswing is determined by the wingspan of your arms or your height measured in cm's. Upon purchasing an Aquaswing you select either the your wingspan or your body height. After which we will personalize your Aquaswing to your height.

Yes you can use the Aquaswing. Make sure to follow the general instructions and follow In case of severe pain or doubt, please consult your local physician.

The Aquaswing is derived from resistance training and is a form of (lighter) strength training because of the adaptive weight of the water, improving strength and stamina in a more balanced way. You decide how heavy you make your Aquaswing.

We advise to empty your Aquaswing after every session and store your Aquaswing in the provided carrying bag.

It depends on the goals of your exercise but you can use your Aquaswing as long as feels right for you. In all other cases we advise the following guidelines: For a workout: 20 to 30 minutes. In case of injury and rehabilitation: 15 to 20 minutes. For warming up or cooling down: 7 to 15 minutes.
