Stand up straight, feet next to each other on shoulder- width, knees slightly bent and relax the body.


Hold the Aqua Swing® in front of your body and swing the Aqua Swing® forward and
backward.


The water in the Aqua Swing® doesn’t move!

Do this for a while, at the right side only.
Once you feel the rhythm you do the same thing but now just only at the left side.
If this goes easily then you do the movement alternating from right side to left side and vice
versa.
